Guide to setting up a VPN on Windows using Outline.

Outline (Recommended)

Downloading and installing

Go to Outline
Download the latest version for Windows
Unpack the archive into a convenient folder
Run Outline.exe as an administrator

Adding a configuration

Copy the key you received after purchase

Key format after purchase:

In Outline, press the key combination Ctrl+V

Connection

Copy the key received after purchase
In Outline, click + → Paste the key into the window that appears
Click Confirm to save

Connection check

Go to whoer.net and check your location and your ip, if they differ from your real ones, everything works

Speed check

Go to speedtest.net and check the speed of your connection - Attention, the speed may vary depending on your region, the speed of your network, the load on our server and the speedtest server

Troubleshooting

Connection problems

Check your internet connection
Try another server
Restart the application

Slow speed

Choose the nearest server
Try another protocol
Close unnecessary programs

Startup errors

Run as administrator
Disable antivirus temporarily
Check Windows Firewall
Do not use additional programs like kill switch, or programs that change your DNS
