We provide refunds under the following conditions:

- Low Speed: If the connection speed has been consistently below 20 Mbps over the last 24 hours.
- Location Mismatch: If the actual server location differs from the one stated in the product description.
- Issues on Our Side: If there are technical problems on our end that we cannot resolve within a reasonable time.
Refund Request Procedure
When requesting a refund, please provide the following evidence:
- Screenshots: Screenshots demonstrating the issue.
- Speed Tests: Results of speed tests (e.g., from speedtest.net).
- Location Verification: In case of a location mismatch, provide a screenshot and a link to the service where the check was performed (e.g., 2ip.io).
Cases Where a Refund is Not Possible
Refunds are not provided in the following cases:
- You did not read the description: If you did not review the product description before purchasing.
- You simply did not like the product: If you did not like the product for personal reasons without any objective technical issues.
