Detailed instructions for setting up a VPN on Android using Outline.
Outline (Recommended)
Downloading and Installing
- Open the Google Play Store
- Find the Outline application
- Click Install
- After installation, open the application
Adding a Configuration
- Copy the key received after purchase
Key format after purchase:

- In Outline, click + → Paste the key into the window that appears
- Click Confirm to save
Connecting
- Select the added configuration from the list
- Click the Connect button
- Allow the creation of a VPN connection
- Check the connection status in the notifications
Checking the Connection
Go to whoer.net and check your location and IP. If they are different from your real ones, the VPN is working.Checking the Speed
Go to speedtest.net and check the connection speed. Please note: the speed depends on the region, your network, the server load, and the selected speedtest server.Troubleshooting
Connection Problems
- Check your internet connection
- Try another server
- Restart the application
Slow Speed
- Choose the nearest server
- Try another protocol
- Close unnecessary applications
Startup Errors
- Check the application permissions
- Disable battery optimization for Outline
- Restart the device
- Do not use third-party programs that change DNS

Settings → Battery → Battery Optimization
